Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your KODY purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Submit your return request on our website tyanlo.com.Tyanlo will respond to your return request email within 2 business days. All return requests are subject to approval. The actual item returned will still go through a final evaluation process before your refund can be processed.

The Return Policy of KODY products follows the terms and conditions below:

  • The appliance must have been purchased directly from tyanlo.com. Tyanlo cannot accept returns of Tyanlo branded appliances purchased from other retailers or resellers.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All merchandise must be new, unused and undamaged and returned in its original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the appliance. If the product has been used, the customer will be charged a 5% restocking fee. If missing any parts or accessories, the retail price of the missing parts or accessories shall be deducted from your refund.
  • All returns must be processed within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Returns must be finalized within 14 calendar days following approval of the return request.
  • Any shipping cost from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Any additional returned shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

We need consumers to provide a trackable shipping service or purchasing. shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

- For returns initiated due to buyer-related reasons such as change of mind, size, or color dissatisfaction, Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- In cases where returns or exchanges are necessitated by Tyanlo-related issues such as incorrect shipment or quality concerns, Tyanlo will bear the return shipping costs.
